[Remedyforce] - Error "Data Uniqueness Violation" when adding new approval step

    PROBLEM:

    Getting error "Data Uniqueness Violation" when adding new approval step in Remedyforce.

    Steps to reproduce:
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    1.Login to Remedyforce as Admin.
    2.Click on  Remedyforce Admin tab.
    3.Open "Manage workflow and other process" ->Approval Processes.
    4.Open an exiting Approval process.
    5.Edit and add a new Approval steps to it and provide following details:
    Name ,Unique name,Description,Step Number.


     


    CAUSE:

    Unique key constraint


    SOLUTION:

    The Unique name is causing the problem.
    Changed the Unique name of the approval process steps and its resolved the issue.
