    PROBLEM:

    BMC-2AL020009E - File Systems application class failed to collect data.:fs-cmdshell 
     


    CAUSE:

    Permission issue.


    SOLUTION:

    Collect the RSM finest debugging logs and check if you can see the below error:

    If yes, please provide read/write permissions to /dev/null.
