Message ECS3065 when viewing job output in EM Monitoring

    PROBLEM:

    When a user in EM Monitoring attempts to view the output of
    a job, the following error message may be issued:

    ECS3065 KSL INTERNAL ERROR 0007

    This occurs after an attempt to view the output of a job
    that no longer exists. Subsequent attempts fail with this
    message even for jobs whose output does exist


    CAUSE:

    CAR00135436


    SOLUTION:

     

    Apply PTF PG02945 (BMC APAR BW10290)

    This PTF is part of maintenance 9.0.18.000

    Actions required after applying the PTF
