TSIM Integration Service doesn't start on system reboot on a Red Hat 7 machine

    RH7 TrueSight Operations Management


    Both a cell and Integration Service were installed on RHEL 7.x. When the server reboots, the cell automatically starts, but the Integration Service doesn't. We also see that the Event Adapter service is not started automatically either. We did not see these issues on RH6.

    BMC has investigated this issue and it was determined that these issues are defects within the TrueSight 11.0 handling of the RH7 OS.
