    PROBLEM:

    When UNIT=SYSDA appears in the JCL, and an Enforcement rule attempts to remove the parameter by coding the statement:            

         DO ENFORCE %%$DDUNIT = %%$REMOVE                                   

    the result is 'UNIT=' .                                              

    This APAR adds support for removing the entire parameter by coding:                                                 

         DO ENFORCE %%$UNIT = %%$REMOVE. 


    CAUSE:

    product defect


    SOLUTION:

    Apply PTF for BMC APAR BJ10389    

    For 8.0:  PTF PF04239.  This PTF is part of maintenance 8.0.06.

    For 9.0:  PTF PG02878.  This PTF is part of maintenance 9.0.04.

    CAR00131206 addresses this APAR/CCID.

    Please note that this ptf should be applied in conjunction with APAR BJ10392

    Actions required of the user in addition to applying the PTF:

     - Recycle the Control-M/JCL Verify monitor
