    PROBLEM:

    How to increase the display limit in Self Service lookup fields, currently it is 50.


    SOLUTION:

    1. Go to Setup
    2. Custom settings | Remedyforce settings | Click on Manage 
    3. Select New
    4. Create a new setting
    5. Enter the name as SF1SSMinRecordsToShow
    6. Increase the value up to 200
    7. Click Save.
    8. Log into Self Service and Verify more categories now appear.
