Reconciliation errors in general
You maybe seeing errors like:
Group <RE001143D417CBeFsbRApqoDAA5ywA> is of unknown group type
You should be able to find these unknown group find these by SQL :
Or in the RE:Activity Group Assoc form where RE Group Instance ID matches.
What these mean that an activity exists that is not related to any job. The "type" really means that the job that is used to refer to is gone.
You can delete all the records you find this way, but I recommend a simple test first.
Go to the RE:Activity Group Assoc form and find that matching RE Group Instance Id. Replace it with something obvious, like 'NONSENCE'.
Kill the RE engine task or wait for the next metadata synch and watch the arrecond.log. You should see that the log now generates an entry with that word.
< INFO > <TID: 0000023456> /* Thu Dec 07 2017 14:47:00.1500 */ Reconciliation Engine: Reconciliation Engine 9.1 Service Pack 03
< ERROR > <TID: 0000023456> /* Thu Dec 07 2017 14:47:00.8710 */ Group <NONSENCE> is of unknown group type
< ERROR > <TID: 0000023456> /* Thu Dec 07 2017 14:47:02.7850 */ Group <NONSENCE> is of unknown group type
Now you know you can delete that record from RE:Activity Group Assoc and restart the task again. Error should be gone.
You can delete that record from RE:Activity Group Assoc and restart the task again. Error should be gone.
Also delete the record from RE:Group form in order to resolve the Error.
