    PROBLEM:

    When viewing job output in the History Domain of the Control-M/Enterprise Manager GUI for a zOS job, the following message occur:  CTM6A7E or CTM574E

    Example full messages:        

    No Available Output: Request  rejected by Data Center
     ECS3065 KSL INTERNAL ERROR 0002. INFO:  CTM6A7E ORDER-ID NOT INDEXED OR DOES NOT EXIST     -M  Active  Environment ------ UP    <D> - (3)

    After this message, the next Output request fails with error message:     

    No Available Output: Request  rejected by Data Center
     ECS3065 KSL INTERNAL ERROR INI5. INFO:  CTM574E UNRECOGNIZED COMMAND     -M  Active  Environment ------ UP    <D> - (3)


    CAUSE:

    The error messages means the Output file can not be retreived from Control-M for z/OS


    SOLUTION:


    Make sure the Archive job properties have been set as below:

    Archiving job properties:

    The Output needs to be archived in Control-M for z/OS in order to be viewed from Workload Automation Client in the History Domain.

    The "Auto Archive" parameter must be checked for this purpose, otherwise the Output will not be archived.
