    QUESTION:

How can we support Kerberos for desktop access and a secondary authentication (either AR, LDAP or SAML) for mobile?

    ANSWER:

->  The best thing to do here is to have another url (LB url) for your mobile devices, then in RSSO create a realm for the mobile devices and have the authentication be something like AR or LDAP. So for example create another url called

Domain X -> this resolves to the MyIT/SMART IT server
In RSSO create a new realm  with the following

    Realm Name: mobiles
    Application domain: Domain X
Authentication: Configure LDAP or AR server

In your  MyIT app, configure the mobile device to go to Domain X. This should work.
