Why staff users are getting insufficient privileges when opening Queue and Staff fields on the Remedyforce Console
If staff user are using a custom profile there is a Visualforce Page that need access to.
1- Go to setup menu type on quick find "visualforce page"
2- Look for the page "SuggestionPage" you can create a view to find the page
3- Click on security
4- Add your profile to the page.
5- Save it.
