CHANGE MANAGER for DB2
After applying BQU0665, I cannot get into the CHANGE MANAGER product and I receive this error message: BMC395505E - Product tables have not been updated for PTF BQU0665. Run the upgrade job DB2ssid# in your HLQ.UBMCCNTL dataset. How do I resolve this problem?
These instructions may have been missed in the Holddata.
This PTF requires changes to the BMC CHANGE MANAGER repository
schema definitions. BMC recommends you run the jobs below after
applying the PTF and before copying it to your Runtime datasets.
Once the PTF is applied, you will not be able to
invoke or use Change Manager 12.1 until you complete steps 1 or 2.
1. If you installed Change Manager using the OZI 3.3.00 installer
or later, run the job DB2<ssid>1 in your hlq.UBMCCNTL data set.
2. If you installed Change Manager using the OZI 3.1.00 or 3.2.00
installer, run the ACMSPE member in your hlq.BMCCNTL data set
using SPUFI or Batch SPUFI.
This PTF changes many DBRMs. Before you run the product, bind the
packages by using the bind JCL in HLQ.UBMCCNTL(ACM<ssid>P)
(where <ssid> is the DB2 subsystem ID).
