MyIT Digital Workplace
We see the following error when attempting to open a Service Request:
"Service may no longer exist or you do not have access to view it. Please contact your IT administrator for further assistance "
On further inspection of the tomcat logs authentication errors are present.
In the event the application service password has changed, please open the MyIT Mid-Tier Administration menu, select persistant datastores and update the Admin password with the correct application service password before restarting tomcat. In addition to this, the "connect.arsystem.password" needs to be updated to the encrypted value (encryption tool).
