MyIT Digital Workplace
We see the following error when attempting to open a Service Request:
"Service may no longer exist or you do not have access to view it. Please contact your IT administrator for further assistance "
On further inspection of the tomcat logs authentication errors are present.
In the event the application service password has changed, please open the MyIT Mid-Tier Administration menu, select persistant datastores and update the Admin password with the correct application service password before restarting tomcat.
