Can I Create Knowledge Articles from Tasks in Remedyforce?

    QUESTION:

    Can I Create Knowledge Articles from Tasks in Remedyforce?


    ANSWER:


    At present you can create Knowledge Articles only from Incidents, Service Requests, Problems & Change Requests and not from Task records. Please see the document here for more information.

    As you can see we don't have "Create Knowledge Article" option in Agent Tools Menu for Task.

       
    1. Go to Remedyforce Administration | Application Settings | Consoles

    3. Select Task and select Profile
    4.  
    5. See the Available Agent Tools
