    QUESTION:

    How to Enable Users to See All Tasks in BMC Helix Remedyforce?


    ANSWER:

    Grant view all on task object to the user's profile:

       
    1. Log into Salesforce | Click Setup
    2.  
    3. Click Manage User | Click Profiles
    4.  
    5. Go to the User's Profile | Click Edit
    6.  
    7. In Custom Object Permission locate the Task object
    8.  
    9. Next to Task Tick View All | Click Save.
    10.  
    11. Log in as a user of the profile and verify they can see all Tasks.
    Alternatively you can grant view all Permission on a Permission set as well.  
       
    1. Go to Setup
    2.  
    3. Under Manage Users select Permission Sets
    4.  
    5. Click New
    6.  
    7. Give your permission set a name and assign the corresponding license for the profile (i.e. Salesforce platform) and Save
    8.  
    9. Click on Object Settings | Find the Tasks object and click on it
    10.  
    11. Click on Edit | Tick the View all Permission and Save
    12.  
    13. Click on Manage Assignments | Add Assignments | Assign Permission Set to desired users
