    QUESTION:

    How to approve Approval Request through Email in Remedyforce?


    ANSWER:

    To approve Approval request through an Email in Remedyforce, please follow below steps:
    1.Organisation wide settings:

    a) Login to Remedyforce as Admin.
    b) Go to setup.
    c) Select Workflow & Settings -> Process automation settings.
    d) Check the checkbox "Enable Email Approval Response ".
    e) Save it.

    2.Profile settings:
    a) Login to Remedyforce as Admin.
    b) Open the Profile of the selected user.
    c) Click on edit button to edit the profile.
    d) Go to section "Administrative  Permissions".
    e) Select the checkbox " API Enabled".
    f) Save it.

    3.Email format :
    To approve the approval request through an email. Reply to email approval requests by typing APPROVE,APPROVED,YES or REJECT,REJECTED,NO in the first line and adding comments in the second line.This is not case sensitive.
