How to Map Input to Subject Field on Tasks in Proper Order?
When trying to map the three fields to the subject field of a task template in a specific order and to have them display in the mapped order they don’t follow the default order of being based on the order they were added to the mapping. Mapping is not in the order User put it on the SRD when the tasks are created.
Exclude the prefix when only single fields mapped.
Map first name , last name and then use formula field to concatenate service request title .
This could be added as workflow field update in subject. Basically create formula field to store format the way user want and then just put anywhere on emails or in tasks.
