No, you probably don’t remember me as this is my first blog post here so as a quick introduction I can say that I’m leading the Customer Care team for support here at BMC.
The reason for this post is to let you know that, after the changes we made to our Single Sign-On for our Support, BMC Product Documentation and Product downloads sites a few months ago, the time out when logged in to these sites was left a bit short.
Based on your feedback we have now extended the time out to 12 hours and also introduced a ‘Remember Me’ option to make it easier for you to access these tools. I hope you find this useful.
