What Is It?

We would like to learn how you might want to use a digital assistant to complete tasks that you typically do with the BMC products that you use.

When Is It?

This survey will be available from Monday, October 5th until  Friday, October 16th, 2020.

 

Who Qualifies?
You qualify for this session, if you do one or more of the following in your job:

  • Support processes that manage the life cycle of all incidents from inception to resolution to ensure quick restoration of IT services, or oversee the resolution of major incidents.
  • Manage major incident tickets, provide quick resolution to restore service, and reduce impact.
  • Provide root/probable cause analysis of problems or track infrastructure status during maintenance windows.
  • Set monitoring KPI and relevant thresholds, create and update monitoring policies, and their related documentation.
  • Create and deliver reports on a regular cadence to the team and stakeholders (service owners).
  • Monitor the performance of IT infrastructure, look for alerts, or address incidents using standard operating procedures.
  • Provide support to service delivery teams, analyze problems, and act to address them before service impact.
  • Maintain system performance for reliability and efficiency, reduce outage incidents, and improve quality of service.
  • Improve file transfers, ensure jobs are completed on time, improve synchronization between job runs, or identify root cause and resolution.
