Visibility and control of your IT Operations landscape has never been so good.
Here's a quick summary of new and enhanced capabilities by category:
Diagnose abnormalities in logs and application code. View log anomalies and correlate change and incident data. Customers can also take advantage of passive transaction deep dive to associate impact to the application code.
Personalize views for flexible event management. TrueSight now provides personalized event views. With shortcut icons for everyday actions and dynamic event grouping based on criteria such as location, we put powerful and flexible event management within reach.
Hardened event feeds between TrueSight products through direct API integration. Events can now flow directly from TrueSight Operations to TrueSight Intelligence for correlation of business and event data. More robust integration is also being introduced between TrueSight Pulse and TrueSight Operations for alarms – giving customers an end-to-end experience.
Press the Easy Button for Administration. Agent management shouldn’t be a full time job. Now customers can just press “go” to upgrade agents right in the TrueSight user interface. This coupled with full application-level High Availability of the entire TrueSight Operations suite makes now the time to move to 10.7.
Enhanced synthetic capabilities. Visualize the health, performance and transaction status of applications over time and by location with new synthetic health views. Better yet – we can do synthetic monitoring of web-based, packaged and native mobile applications.
Easily keep track of environment health on the go. The TrueOps mobile app now supports both application and business service views with the ability to drill-down into impacted devices and associated events.
Comprehensive coverage for cloud and Big Data. Introducing enhanced coverage for AWS, Azure, Hadoop, SAP HANA, Kafka (in Beta), Docker and ElasticSearch (in Beta) to support customers’ digital journey.
