Also these pre-filtered URLs will contain additional KAs/solutions that are not available on Google and BMC Communities. See the following steps to use these pre-filtered URLs to find solution to the problem or question:
Step 1) In a web browser, log into the BMC Support Central web site (Support Central - BMC Software)
Note: You must log into the BMC Support Central web site prior to using the pre-filtered URLs.
Step 2) Select one of the desired pre-filtered URLs in the table below and enter it into the same web browser in Step 1
Step 3) Enter the desired text into the search field to find KAs/solutions
