A picture’s worth a thousand words, at least that’s how the saying goes. We at BMC Remedyforce are excited to share a fantastic picture showing the ever evolving Remedyforce Ecosystem !

The picture above shows all the great integrations that Remedyforce has with other complimentary products. We continue to add partners to this picture to help our customers extend the use of Remedyforce within your company !

We are continuously building out the ecosystem around Remedyforce. Some of them are BMC offered, meaning that the necessary scripts, built-in connectors and configuration files are offered through BMC. Other native integrations can be configured within the Remedyforce administration interface. For custom requirements, Salesforce and Remedyforce offer a wealth of examples to build out integrations using web services. This week, we’d like to showcase Everbridge that helps expand the use of Remedyforce.

The Nlyte Remedyforce Connector helps you synchronize key data center physical asset information with your overall configuration management data base (CMDB). With the Connector, a user conducts an initial load, reconciles the information and then synchronizes going forward at a user-de ned interval. Asset information can be shared either bi-directionally or even uni-directionally to serve any number of purposes, effectively giving IT systems previously unknown visibility to physical asset information.

Some of the benefits using Nlyte in combination with Remedyforce are

  • Rapid deployment of integration between Nlyte and BMC Remedyforce
  • Avoids expensive custom integration development
  • Improve Mean Time to Repair-improve Service Desk SLA’s by tying physical location to an ITSM request
  • Gain faster root-cause analysis and improved event correlation as physical location of assets and applications on those assets become visible to the ITSM environment
  • Align ITSM functions with their business drivers
  • Improve the nancial management of your assets with accurate asset lifecycle management – “Dock to Decomm”- get updates as changes occur
