Several steps are required when customers purchase and upgrade to Remedyforce Client Management Premium or Premium Plus.  This posting highlights the process and steps necessary to upgrade.  For more information on Remedyforce Client Management Premium and Premium Plus, please refer to the FAQ.

 

Once the order for Premium or Premium Plus has been finalized, typically within 1-2 business days, the associated BMC Business Relationship Manager (BRM) will contact the customer providing details on the 2 procedures (see link below) required to initiate the setup for the necessary environment.

 

Every customer must complete Procedures 1 and 2 to enable Remedyforce Discovery and request a Discovery Server.  These details are also provided by the BRM in the initial email to the customer once the order has been finalized.  Please note, these steps take only a few minutes to complete. Once completed, the allocated Discovery Server is automatically provisioned and assigned to the corresponding Remedyforce ORG.

 

The customer must then notify their BRM that the 2 steps have been completed.

 

Note: Once these initial two steps have been completed, it can take BMC up to 3-5 business days to finalize the environment depending on the size.

 

Once BMC finalizes the environment, the BRM will notify the customer that their environment is ready and coordinate the move to the new environment.
