Session #1: Getting Started with Service Health

Session #2: Remedyforce Mobility for Staff and End Users in Summer ‘16

  • Topic: A walk through and demo of the new mobility capabilities for Remedyforce.  First focused on the enhancements for staff users, and second on the end users and the value of mobility.  The session will cover considerations for use, how to enable and ultimately how users will interact with the mobile interface for self service and ticket management.

Session #3: Remedyforce Discovery

Session #4: Ticket Management Enhancements (Assignment Mgmt., Categorization and Smart Suggestions)
