I love to cook. I like experimenting with existing recipes and putting my own spin on them. One thing I very rarely do however, is invent something from scratch that's never been done before. If I'm going to make a batch of cookies, chefs that came before me have already determined what the ratio of flour:sugar:butter should be. I start with those basics and then I can improvise.
The same goes for Service Management processes, as well as the tool configurations to support them. With an ITSM solution as popular as BMC Remedyforce, we know the recipe to ensure your success, leveraging best practices and making the adjustments that are needed to make the solution your own.
It was with this in mind that we created our "recipe book", an easy to use index of white papers with recommended approaches and practical configuration advice to help you get the most out of Remedyforce, as quickly as possible. As of this writing we've have 14 brand-new white papers, some co-authored with some of our valued partners, to offer to you in the BMC Remedyforce Community. You can access the index here:
We are excited about sharing what we have learned from hundreds of customer implementations with you, and will continue adding to our "recipe book" as time goes by. We would love to hear your thoughts too! Please comment on the recipe variations that you found most effective to solve your unique needs.
