Please join Ashok, as he presents on the data access model enhancements introduced in Remedy 9.1.

 

This will include the newly introduced Hierarchical Groups in Remedy ITSM, SRM, and SLM  that can help Remedy Admins to extend or roll up data access.

 

He will also highlight  how a large number of support groups can be managed by creating a hierarchy of relationships.  In addition he will cover how you can configure and restrict the data that appears in assignment menus using the newly introduced support group Assignment configuration form.
