  • Broaden mobile phone support – a new native mobile phone client for iOS and Android devices adds more mobile device support for the on the go IT team member
  • Expand multi-language support – customers around the world will benefit from localized Smart IT interface in simplified Chinese, Spanish, German, Italian and French
  • Add greater accessibility – the Smart IT Universal Client is now more accessible through features including the support of screen readers and keyboard navigation. An official section 508 assessment report (VPAT) from an independent company is available on request.
  • Provide additional UX interactions – improvements to Smart IT 1.0 functionality, including handling of long group lists and emailing directly from the incident record have been added in this release
