Who did BMC Communities Santa Claus pick for the User Awards in December?

As for previous months, we've used both factual figures (points received) and feedback from several Community Managers, who see active users.

And December is a very good month!

If you have spent time in the BMC Remedy world in the past years, you'll be very familiar with the Customer who will be awarded this month. His technical expertise is very deep, and he sure likes to share it by helping out others troubleshooting workflow, delivering succesful migrations, and designing best architectures.

Let's pause a second. Can you believe that a Customer (not even a Partner or a BMC employee) would be in the Top 5 best contributors for the past months, site-wide?

That's what LJ LongWing did, helping a lot in AR System and BMC Remedy Suite of Applications.

To give you a feeling of how efficient he is, LJ received about 1000 points in the past 3 months. Thank you LJ!

Another very active BMC Remedy member to be awarded this month, Matt Reinfeldt.

He has been helping out his peers since last century (no kidding) on Remedy expertise.

He was selected this month mainly for 2 reasons:

  1. Michele Marques spotted him as a great contributor on (you'll need an acount to use this site)
  2. In the past weeks, he came up with a great idea, having search on BMC Support also using BMC Communities as a datasource. The idea was eventually posted (see right here) by his friend Chris, quickly had 30 users voting on it. BMC Support is currently working on making it happen.

Matt, it's a pleasure to have you in the Community, let's celebrate this at WWRUG13 if we don't F2F in between.

The BMC Employee who is recognized this month is from BMC Support!

Lazar interacts very often in the Bladelogic Server Automation community, to help users get the most of automation solutions.

In the past 3 months, Lazar helped so much that he received more than 1600 points!

Lazar, thanks for making Brand of BMC Support shine on the Market.

Merry Xmas to all of you! See small vid we've done
