IBRSD: Automated Incident not populating the Product catagorisation and operational catagorisation

We have a situations where the IBRSD propogates the automated incident to Remedy.

 

Rest of the fields are getting populated. But the problem is with the Product name and Operational cat Tier 3  fields.

These field are taking the value as undefined.

Kindly suggest which are all the object which needs to be checked.

 

The IBRSD with existing system is working fine. We are trying it with new install with same IBRSD data.

We have implemented IBRSD and works great.

What you neeed to do is:

 

IBRSD has a staging form, INT:Staging. you have to map "Root_Impact_Component_Names" field. the filter that creates the relationship and populates the tier 1,2, and 3 is INT:BiiARS:ISG_GetCINameFrmCMDB.
