I would just like to say a big congratulations to the BMC team(s) involved in all apsects of the Service Desk Express v10 development... It's looking fantastic and in the words of our technical team "one of the best we've ever seen". Anyone that has not seen this Beta release yet really should get themselves signed up for the BMC Beta program! Again, great work and we all look forward to the next release!
