Is there a way that I can get the value of the 'Rule Fired Count' before it resets?

     We are in the process of doing a cross compare of our rules against the 'Hold Data' that gives us Msg. IDs that are changing for Products as well as 'new' message Ids that have automation opportunities.

I have a file that I constructed containing the Rules and the Msg. Ids that the rules fire off of.  Then I have a file constructed off of the 'Hold Data' containing the msg. id's that are new/changing.  I do a 'match' to see if automation changes are needed.

The 2nd part is a monthly report that produces rules that had not fired all month and need to be evaluated.  If there is not a way to get the 'fired count', is there another solution to finding out which rules should be up for review?
