
Sorry if I have missed something - been away from BMCDN for a while - however I have stopped getting emails for threads/communities I had previously set to watch. How can I check and where necessary re-enable this as required??
I also lost my email notifications AGAIN. I lost them once, then I recreated them and now my "forum watch" email notifications are gone again.
Is there an administrator of this forum? Can this be fixed?

I am also having this problem and I can't seem to figure out how to add the subscription again....
OK - When I realised my watches had been removed (no explanation yet as to why) I went back in to the various forums I wanted to 'watch'. At each entry point, I clicked on the second tab (Content) and if you look at the right hand side of that resulting window, you will see a series of actions available. One is something like 'Receive emails .....'. If you are already set to watch this forum, it will say 'Stop receiving emails....' or something like that. Use this to check and if neccessary change the setting. You can do this at the top level of a forum (say for ALL CMDB related discussions) or down to a specific level you want to watch (say just Discovery). This has got me back onto the watches. And they have 'stuck' so far!
Watches were being removed by a manfunctioning routine that was designed to remove old, unused watches. We upgraded to the latest version of Clearspace and the problem appears to be resolved. I created a test community notification and it is still there after two nights.
Please try this again and let us know what happens. You can see you complete list of notifications under the menu Your Stuff->Profile, then click the Email Notifications tab. You can add a community watch in the Actions widget of the All Content, Discussions, or Documents tabs of any community (i.e., http://communities.bmc.com/communities/community/bmc_atrium_and_foundation_technologies/bmc_remedy_ar_system?view=all ).
When I go to my Profile, I see all the watches that I would have expected to have received via e-mail. Yet, I have never received a single e-mail notification from BMCDN. Any idea as to what can be wrong? My e-mail address in my Profile is correct, so that can't be the problem.
