Hi all,

I need to customize a milestone email notification in order to have the From address in the output email to show "Remedy Development" rather than the user's email address which is the default value created by the system. There is no place to set the value you want to see as the From in your output email in the SLM Alert or Email Action form. I am using Remedy 7.1. Has anyone done that?
