Hello:

I need to insert text with new_line characters on the slot "mc_notes" but when I visualize the mc_notes content on the IX Console event details window, new_line characters are suppressed ant text turns very difficult to read. I´m sure that new_line characters are stored into the slot because when I use the Remote Action "Send Event as SMTP e-mail" the e-mail sent contents the mc_notes content and the text is shown correctly into the e-mail body.

Is there any way to show the text with the new line characters in the Event Details Window? It contains important information that operators should read in IX Console.
