Slow on approval central

Dears,

 

we have an issue  with approval central,

 

when  we trying  to  search it's tack time to search.

 

there is  a delay when we trying to open any  approval Request.

 

and the approval central are using by the managment,and thy are suffuring from this.

 

thay saied the system is very slow.

 

any one can help me to find why there is slow on search.

Hi Abdul,

 

I will suggest to create a Private Queue pertaining to Approval Server only.It wil cause the Approval Server to use a dedicated private queue when it makes calls to the AR System server.

 

You can use RPC port numbers in only the following ranges for either type of private queue: 390621–390634    390636–390669   390680–390694

 

Eg: add this entry in ar.conf file: Approval-RPC-Socket 390680

 

Also, create the corresponding Private Queue in Server Information- > Ports and Queues tab or in ar.conf file

 

Private-RPC-Socket:  390680   <min> <max>

 

Eg: Private-RPC-Socket:  390680   2  8

and the performance come better. but we there is still some slow.

I can't say much about the change you did, but setting a Private Queue for Approval Server will definitely help.

it is help good,but when this  form is using by managers they said remedy performance is very slow.
