We have one group of Staff that we would like to keep from running any My queries in the quick tree view. This is so they will not be able to access Incidents that are not related to their group. Is this possible?
assuming they still have access to the tree via queries on the dashboard, you would have to modify the other quick views so they are only shared among the other groups instead of shared to everyone
