Is there any meaning to the prefix of Instance and Reconciliation ID?

I see that some instances and Reconciliation ID's start with specific prefixes. Is there any special meaning or indication that can be drawn from these?e.g. source or method of the data or identification? (Of course RE ID of 0 means it's not yet identified).

For example, so far it looks like I have Instance IDs that start with AG (AG001B78458F10woGLSAv-WbAwnSQB) and OI- (OI-BCC3C6815F054BEC88CCFCEC6685FA2C), and Reconciliation IDs start with RE (RE001B78458F10woGLSAz-WbAwniQB) and OI- (OI-9035B3F54D1C4AF0A205F5A11CBC754D)

So far, the combination I have is:

Recon ID: RE     Instance ID: AG

Recon ID: RE     Instance ID: OI-

Recon ID: OI-     Instance ID: OI-

Recon ID: 0     Instance ID: OI-

Thanks.

Re: Is there any meaning to the prefix of Instance and Reconciliation ID?

In general,

"OI-" means the id was generated by CMDB API through a CMDB API call.

"AG" means the id was generated by AR Server, the client used was other than CMDB API, such as User tool or midtier

"RE" means generated by Recon engine.

AS- appears to be entered via Asset Mgmt form.
