Knowledge Management

I am interested to know if anyone is aware of a tool to migrate legacy knowledge information into BMC Knowledge Management?  We are looking to move Windows .CHM files into Knowledge Management.

Re: Knowledge Management

In RKM, RKMconvert feature allows to import legacy data in various formats, look at the docs on Support

Re: Knowledge Management

RKM 7.5 ships will a decent tool.  Knowlysis has created tools in the past

to migrate content from DB's and XML files.
