The arplugin.exe has reported error message in arerror.log file.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I check task manager, arplugin.exe is fine.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Error:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The AR System Plug-In server is not responding.&amp;#160; Cannot connect to the system at this time.&amp;#160; Contact your AR System Administrator for assistance. According to the "integration_guide"I found in web site,&amp;#160; we should submit an incident through the HPD:IncidentInterface_Create form.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;However I check the data base, HPD_IncidentInterface_Create does not have such column "z1D_Action" which is a must as advised by the doc.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;And can anyone help to provide some sample Java code for creating an incident ticket?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I am quite new to this product. Would/could they share configuration?       <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:a0f4de43-155e-44de-a31f-0dc7ba116f21] --&gt;&lt;div class='jive-rendered-content'&gt;&lt;p&gt;Hello Evybody,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I need your help on this query please.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I need to be able to report on re-opened tickets.&amp;#160; As I understand it, the way ITSM does this is to open a new ticket and relate them in both their relationships tabs with a relationship association type of Re-opened by and Re-opened from respectively.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I click Advanced Functions -&amp;gt; Advanced Search from an incident search form and pick Search Incidents by Relationships, then click select.&amp;#160; As expected, I get a Search Relationships form.&amp;#160; I fill in RequestType "Incident", Association Type "Re-opened by" and Form Name "HPD:Help Desk" in the Relationships section and Incident Status "Closed" in the Incident section.
