Atrium Orchestrator

Dear BAO Community Member,

In response to requests from several BMC Atrium Orchestrator (BAO) customers, we are glad to announce the creation of a new BAO Customer Forum on BMC Developer Network.  This new community is available to BAO customers and BMC employees only.  Making it private allows both BAO customers and BMC to exchange information not available to the general public, such as Best Practices documents, White Papers, video recordings, and defect workarounds.  We also hope that it will allow BAO customers to share experiences that they would otherwise be hesitant to post on a public forum.

If you are a BAO customer, we strongly encourage you to register using the instructions below:

To register:

1. If you don't already have a BMC Developer Network (BMCDN) account, which is different from your Customer Support account,  please create one on this form.  Note: Since we are restricting access to BAO customers only, the e-mail address associated to your BMCDN username needs to be from your company’s domain.
2. Please email Thomas_Corfmat@bmc.com with your BMCDN username.
   
3. Once your username has been added to the BAO Customer Forum community, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
4. After receiving your confirmation e-mail, just go to http://communities.bmc.com/communities/community/bmcdn/bmc_atrium_and_foundation_technologies/orchestration/customer_forum.
